Personal Training Specialties
HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training: Workouts designed to burn fat and increase muscle tone done in only 30 minutes. Due to the high intensity nature of these workouts, 30 minutes is most commony prescribed.
Pre and Post-natal Fitness: Our female specialist Shirley leads women through these workouts. As a certified pre and post-natal fitness specialist and mother of two, Shirley knows exactly what you should and most importantly should not be doing during and between your workouts.
Strength Training: Build muscle, gain strength, and improve your body composition by replacing body fat with mass or lean muscle. More muscle equals more calories burned day to day.
Metabolic Training: Increase your bodies metabolism naturally by performing metabolic training. Your workouts include bands, kettle bells, sandbags and more. The goal is to burn more calories while exercising and up to 48 hours post exercise.
Circuit Training: These workouts are typically full body and consist of several exercises performed back to back with no rest between. Dramatic decreases in body fat are achieved with this type of training along with increased fitness.
Weight Loss: Any solid weight loss plan begins with a complete nutrition strategy, the workouts only assist what you do the other 23 hours of the day! If weight loss is your goal, the workouts we can choose from are endless.

Boxing / Kickboxing / M.M.A. : First you learn the proper striking techniques and punching combos. Next we take your fitness to a higher level. High intensity exercises are added to punching, kicking, and knee striking combos. No sparring or fighting, only focus mitt training mixed with a whole bunch of other activity designed to burn maximum calories.
Special Forces Workouts: Learn the exercises and test yourself against S.E.A.L. and Ranger fitness requirements. Pull ups, push ups, abs, and a running fitness test establish a base line. Feeling really tough? Try my timed Special Forces workout. I guarantee your times and fitness will improve every time we test you. My programs are designed to improve your body and fitness and these tests prove it.
Multisport Training / Sport Specific: Train for your first Triathlon, Duathlon, 5k, 10k, Half or Full Marathon. Baseball, Football, Cyclist, Fighter, Road racer or Motocross racer; I can provide the training and nutritional advice to improve your results. Train to win!
Runners: Step by Step Run Coaching and Training Plans to improve endurance and speed. We work on running form and economy as well as specific drills, agility training, strength and balance exercises to improve your running.
Cycling, Motocross & Road Racing: Learn bike handling skills so you are confident anywhere anytime. Jason has extensive training road racing motorcycles, motocross, cycling, and mountain biking. With over 22 years of racing experience, Jason is well qualified to improve you performance and skills on anything with two wheels.
Sandbag Training: Workout with the "ultimate sandbag", developed by world renown strength coach Josh Henkin. These sandbags are extremely effective in burning fat and gaining fitness. These are far more than just "bags of sand". Sandbag training has been shown to drastically increase calorie burn when compared to doing similar exercises with traditional forms of resistance.
